1. Light-emission materials in single molecule and aggregates, their mechanisms and theoretical calculation
2. Organic/Inorganic materials in optoelectronic devices (light emitting diodes, photodetectors, solar cell)
3. Organic small molecule as photosensitizer applied in photodynamic therapy
4. Aggregation behavior of luminescent materials and their soft matter applications
5. Specially functional polymer materials
6. Muon spin resonance technology in the mechanism studies of soft matter functional materials
