报告摘要:

 

Organic and organic-inorganic hybrid perovskite semiconductor materials continuously attract much attention in recent. It is very meaningful to develop low-cost, large-scale fabrication techniques, such as printing techniques, especially through a roll-to-roll (R2R) process, for processing large-area organic and perovskite optoelectronic devices, which would greatly accelerate their potential commercialization. Herein, we will introduce our research progress on printing fabrication on organic/perovskite solar cells and photodetectors via roll-to-roll printing process and doctor blading under ambient conditions. The research results would be helpful to accelerate the development of printed organic and perovskite optoelectronic devices from the lab to the potential commercialization.

 

 

报告人简历:

 

阳军亮,教授,博士生导师,中南大学物理与电子学院柔性印刷电子团队负责人。2003年湘潭大学学士,2008年中科院长春应化所博士,先后在英国华威大学、澳大利亚墨尔本大学及联邦科学与工业研究院从事研究工作。2012年回国工作,2013年入选教育部新世纪优秀人才计划,2014年获得湖南省杰出青年基金资助。在国际期刊发表论文120余篇,SCI引用2100余次,以第一作者或通讯作者在Chem. Rev., Chem. Soc. Rev., AFM, ACS Nano, Chem. Mater., ACS Photon., APL等发表论文80余篇;第一发明人申请国家专利19项(授权10项)。主要研究领域为柔性印刷电子及薄膜太阳电池。
